EFarmers is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers. Product listings, pricing, stock, shipping promises, and seller policies may vary by seller.
Customers agree to provide accurate account, delivery, and contact information. Sellers agree to list accurate products, maintain stock, honor orders, and follow marketplace quality standards.
EFarmers may suspend accounts, remove listings, hold payouts, or cancel orders when fraud, misuse, policy violations, unsafe products, or legal risks are detected.
Disputes should first be raised through customer support or seller support tickets. Marketplace decisions may consider order records, payment records, seller updates, and customer evidence.
