Seller Agreement

Sellers must provide accurate business, GST, PAN, store, product, stock, shipping, and support information. EFarmers may verify seller identity before enabling marketplace selling.

Sellers are responsible for lawful product listings, correct HSN/SAC and GST rates, order fulfillment, customer issue resolution, and return handling.

Marketplace commission, payout eligibility, payout holds, and manual payout review are managed through Seller Center and Superadmin controls.

EFarmers may deactivate products or suspend sellers for policy violations, unsafe products, repeated fulfillment failures, support abuse, or suspected fraud.
